Carl Harris is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Johns Hopkins University. Previously, he received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and neuroscience from Dartmouth College and spent two years conducting machine learning research at the NIH. His research focus is machine learning and healthcare.
