Samuel Schmidgall is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. Previously, he received his B.S. degree in Computer Science in 2021 from George Mason University. From 2019 to 2023 he was a scientist at NRL working on low-energy AI for space robotics. His primary research interests include computer vision and vision-guided robotics.
